Catalyst LoginBeginning with the summer of 2007, we will use a new course management system called WileyPLUS for all lectures and assignments. This system is rich in audio and visual presentations and online graded assignments and assessment quizzes. Unfortunately, WileyPLUS does not include student-to-student communication capabilities which are important for online classes.
For communications we will use a De Anza supported system called Catalyst that will allow students to participate in forums where questions/comments may be posted. Because students are registered in Catalyst based on their De Anza registration, Catalyst users may not use Catalyst until the first day of the quarter when all students are loaded into the system.

To login to the Catalyst system at the start of the quarter, select the link below and follow the instructions outlined on the opening page.

After you login you will notice that Catalyst has a gereral forum and three separate forums for Accounting 1A, Accounting 1B, and Accounting 1C. Please post any questions and or comments to the appropriate forum. Student participation in the online accounting classes is important to your understanding of the material.
IMPORTANT: Remember, even though you may login, register, and begin work in WileyPLUS before the quarter begins, you will not be able to login to Catalyst until the first day of the quarter.
