Video Games, Society and Education
Do you play video games? Do you play with other people - in person or online? Do these games simulate society - past, present or future? Are you learning about how communities or societies work? How could video games be used more for "education" and what would be the benefits? Provide a link to a video game web site and 2-3 paragraphs describing the social and educational uses of video games.
Glossary of Terms and Definitions
Are there terms relating to computers or society used in the textbook or in the notes that need to be defined or explained? If you find a really good definition of term on the web that you would like included in the Computers and Society Glossary of Terms, please post the link to the definition and a brief summary of the definition here and in the Forum.
