INSTRUCTOR INFORMATION
Welcome to CAOS 133 - Using Email in Instruction. It is my pleasure to be your instructor in this course.
I have been teaching part-time at De Anza since 2000. My business career has included positions in the education, technology, consulting, and banking industries in Canada and the Bay Area. I have a M.S. in Online Teaching and Learning - all course work online! When I'm not working, I enjoy traveling and sailing.
I look forward to meeting all of you. I am glad you've decided to take this course in the self-paced format. You will be learning about creating, sending and manageming email, and using email-based activities in your curriculum without the requirements of weekly class days and times. However, you will still have to work hard and participate in class discussions.
You can leave me an e-mail message anytime. I will get back to you as soon as I can, usually with 24 hours.
