Math 114 LINCThis class is part of a Learning Community that includes EWRT 1A and a counseling component. Students are required to be enrolled in all three classes. Several joint papers will be assigned that include both a writing and math component. The Learning Community meets from 10 am - 12:20 PM Monday through Thursday. Students are expected to attend all class sessions.

Are you ready for Intermdediate Algebra?
I will be using an online diagnostic tool to assess where you are at in readiness for this course. This will allow me to determine areas of weakness that will need to be strengthened during the course. Whilst I will allow time for you to use this tool during our April 8 session, if you'd like to try it now you may access it at the site listed below. There is no way for you to print out how you have done, so I need you to write down the complete problem for each that you got incorrect while using the tool. Please turn this in to me, with you name on it the first day of class if you do this before class starts. This will not be graded, just my way of knowing where you are going to need extra help during the quarter.
