DUE: Read Nabokov Part 1-Ch 1 "Worlds in an Island" Be prepared to be challenged on how well you know the information regarding the sacred landscape covered in CH 1. Bring your Nabokov book to class today. If you wish to complete the extra credit assignment for CH 1 download the Nabokov Chapters Basic Questions for Extra Credit and turn it in today if it is completely finished. In other words partially finished extra credit assignments will not be accepted or considered for extra credit.

DUE:All extra credit due today except volunteer forms/essay for the Indian Alliance Pow Wow at Fremont High School(3/20) which is due on Monday 3/22 at the beginning of the class section you are enrolled in. Proof of attendance and 1 page-typed double spaced essay describing your experience attending the Comedy Jam is due by noon March 28th (Yes Sunday). You must scan the proof(ticket), attach it to the essay email by Sunday noon, 3/28th. If you volunteered either at the Comedy Jam or the Pow Wow the signed volunteer form must be scanned and emailed with the essay to me at parkergerri@fhda.edu. by the deadline as well. Read chapters 15 and 16.
