About Those Homework Assignments...
I want to acknowledge that I'm behind on grading homework assignments this quarter. (I am not behind on quizzes or online discussion topics.) I'm not very happy about this, and I want you to know the reason. The bottom line is that I have about 20% more Music 1A students this quarter than I would typically have, and reading and grading those written assignments is a time- consuming task.

The first assignment is almost graded, and I'm hoping to get the second one done by early next week.
