Extra Credit Opportunity This Friday
There is a concert on the De Anza campus this Friday that qualifies for Extra Credit in my Music 1A classes. (Be sure to read the Extra Credit page at the class web site for details concerning what you need to do to earn the extra credit and so forth. And, yes, there will be some additional opportunities near the end of the term.)

28th Annual HERB PATNOE MEMORIAL JAZZ FESTIVAL - With Guest Artist Vocalist JENNIFER BARNES. Featuring VOCAL FLIGHT, De Anza's premiere vocal jazz ensemble, Michelle Hawkins, director; EIGHT O'CLOCK DADDIOS Jazz Ensemble, Steve Tyler, director. Friday, May 15, 7:30 p.m. Visual and Performing Arts Center, De Anza College, 21250 Stevens Creek Blvd, Cupertino., $10 General Admission, $7 Students and seniors. Tickets will be available at the door. No reserved seating.
