Concert List Updates
I have must (barely) begun to update the Concert List that you will consult to select your event for the concert review assignment. I'll continue to update it over the next 24-48 hours, and you should find quite a few available events for this weekend.

EXTRA CREDIT: The Extra Credit page describes how to earn some extra credit for attending certain on-campus performances sponsored by the De Anza College Music Department. Most of these will take place during the final weeks of the term, but you can attend an event happening TODAY if you wish - Piano lecture/recital in the Arts Center at 12:30.

The second weekly discussion topic has been posted: Week 2 Topic - Winter 2009. Your response is due before the start of your class next Monday - but it would be a very good idea to post it much earlier, both to ensure that you don't encounter any technical issues and so that you can go back and edit it before the deadline if necessary.
