Monday, November 5
Reviewed Quiz #2. Project work time. Introduced basic modifications to ES1 and EFM1 plug-in synths.Hear projects next time?
Wednesday, November 7
Heard remaining assignment #4 examples. Work time on assignment 5.
Friday, November 9
Test 1 at start of period. Work time to finish project 5. Would have listened to them but the construction equipment was too loud to hear them - will listen to assignment 5 right at the start of the period next week. Introduced methods for importing various audio sound sources into Logic audio tracks. Used Time/Pitch factory to tempo match samples. Did a very quick overview of cutting a small audio sample out of a larger source. Assignment 6 is due next week - but will need perhaps 60-90 minutes of in-class work time to finish it.
