Spring Quarter Open Labs
Many of you in both the Intro and the Intermediate classes have asked about the availability of additional lab time outside of your schedule class sessions. There are two ways to get additional time in the lab:
- Starting in week III, the lab will remain open after class concludes on Wednesdays - typically until about 3:45 or perhaps 4:00.
- You may also use any unused workstation during other electronic music classes - they meet every day between 12:30 and 2:15 or so. If you come in during another class, there are a few things you should know:
- Students enrolled in that class have priority for workstations. You must wait until the first five minutes of class have passed, and then you may use any unoccupied workstation.
- Very few, if any, workstations will be available during the Monday/Wednesday classes since there are more students than workstations in the room at this point! Perhaps in week three?
