Background

I received my B.Sc. (First Class Honours) from Sheffield University in England. My M.S. and Ph.D. are from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee. My area of specialty is Graph Theory.

I taught for 6 years at Furman University in Greenville, South Carolina. After receiving tenure and promotion to Associate Professor, I moved to California to teach at De Anza College.

I am working on an MS in Applied Mathematics at Santa Clara University's School of Engineering. I volunteer at Lick Observatory. The Hamcam gives you a view from the top of the visitors center.
