Students will have access to their Catalyst classes the first day of winter quarter, Monday, January 4.

1. The Catalyst site supports the Firefox browser. To prevent errors, please use this browser exclusively when navigating Catalyst. Download Firefox free at: http://www.mozilla.com/firefox/
   
2. You must "enable pop-up windows" in your browser and enable Javascript. Access these settings inside Firefox through the Tools --> Options menu (PC), or Firefox --> Preferences menu (Mac). Once in the options/preferences window, go to the "Content" Tab and 1) uncheck "Block Pop-Up Windows" and 2) check "Enable Javascript".

2. Accept the security certificate for the website when prompted
   
3. Enter your user name and password (see below) in the boxes that appear in the upper left corner of the page

Username and Password:
Your username is your De Anza College student ID number; not your social security number or your "99" number.
First Time Users: Your password is your birthday entered in the following format: MMDDYYYY (2 digit month, 2 digit day, 4 digit year). Do not include slashes or spaces. For example, a birthday of July 4, 1976 would be entered as 07041976.
Returning Catalyst Users: Please use the password you set from last quarter. Passwords are reset every Fall Quarter for the new academic year.
