    How much does Extra Credit count for?
    For write-ups, 5 points maximum per submission depending on the quality of the write-up (2 submissions maximum).

    For participation in De Anza's Cross-Cultural Partners program, you will receive 10 points.

    When can I turn in Extra Credit?
    You can turn in Extra Credit write-ups any time up until the last regular day of class, usually the Monday before finals week. See syllabus for exact date.

    For participation in the CCP program, you will need to turn in a verified log form at the end of the quarter, usually the Monday before finals week. See syllabus for exact date.

    What is the format for Extra Credit?
    For the write-ups, you need to turn in a one-page maximum (typed, single-spaced) discussion.

    For the write-ups, what do I need to write about?
    The write-up can be based on something that you have seen (ex: a movie), read (ex: a newspaper article), attended (ex: an event) or observed (ex: everyday life) recently.
