French 2: Elementary French, 2nd quarter This 5-unit course is the second quarter of elementary French. The prerequisite is French 1 or the equivalent (1 quarter of college level French or 1 year of high school French).

Textbook: All French 1, 2, and 3 classes at De Anza use the 4th edition of Vis-à-vis (red cover), by Amon, Muyskens and Omaggio Hadley, Mc-Graw-Hill Co., 2008. French 2 covers chapters 7 through 11 of Vis-à-vis.
