It is designed to reinforce accounting concepts for students who are about to go into the workforce or refreshing their accounting skills before transferring to a four-year college. About this course:

This is a self paced interactive course that has been designed to assist you in covering and practicing the accounting principles covered in Accounting 1A and 1B. It may also be used as a refresher for students who have had accounting and wish to review. The courseware is designed in such a way that no prior computer experience is required. It is also considered to be a bridge course for accounting majors who need to be grounded in the more procedural aspects of accounting. Students who take this course along with the 1A find it to be a very effective tutorial.

Instructions:

1. Register for the course and purchase the Interactive Financial Accounting , Version 3.0 package at the bookstore. You will need your registration number in order to initialize your program.

2. When you are ready to begin, read the Interactive Financial Accounting Manual and complete the steps as instructed. Read the entire manual, including the Preface. It contains very important information.
