Math 212 - current termThis information is for students who enroll in my Math 212.
** Update on 3/31/10: The class is full. I may add from the Wait List, if there are spaces on the first day of class. However, if you are not yet on the wait list, I will definitely NOT be able to add you.
Check before trying to add that you have Pre-Algebra cleared. Do not assume that it is until you check for certain on your "My De Anza" registration system or you passed Math 210 (C or better) at De Anza. I will not wait for waivers to be cleared, late placement testing, late transcript delivery, etc. THERE ARE NO LATE ADDS.

Text: Intermediate Algebra, 4th ed. by Blitzer (used for both Math 212 and Math 114)
You need an inexpensive scientific calculator for this course. For Math 114 and beyond, you will need a TI-83 or 83+, or TI-84 Graphing Calculator. I will use the TI-83 in class. If you have a TI-89, that is fine, but it is more complicated to use than the others. If you have a TI-86, that is fine.
