Social psychology
This class explores the social behavior of the human in society. It is taught from a social science standpoint and uses the socratic method in the examination of theory where appropriate. We examine social systems which impact the individual as well as how the person influences society.
Below are the links to the outline and the syllabus. You are responsible for the information in the syllabus. I will go over the first day of class, but after that you are on your own and held responsible for understanding the course guidelines.
You will note that some of the dates on the outline are linked to the actual outline I will be using in lecture. Please feel free to print these out and use them as study guides if you would like to.
Please note I will be using the new plus minus grading system.

A note of caution: Your English language skills, both written and spoken, should be at a level of proficiency that is consistent with a transferable college level course. Make no mistake about this. You are expected to perform at the level of a sophomore in any four year university in the United States. This course is transferable and it will be difficult to pass if your language is not at this level. The baseline will not be changed in this regard, no matter the reason.
Exams
I have noted that there is not always a clear definition of terms or of theory within the Aronson book. To serve that purpose, here is a website that will aid in the comprehension of some definitions.
