This has been a difficult weekend, in that it was jam-packed with stuff I had to do. Sprinkle in that I continually have to deal with someone who is a giant pain in the arse, and you have a sense of my weekend. This person is power-hungry, lacks tact, leadership, and honesty, and on numerous occasions has really hurt a lot of people's feelings with their mean-spiritedness.
So, on Friday, I ended up being their latest target. I refuse to play their game, but have been working on composing a mature, well-thought-through response. It's been really difficult taking the higher road when it comes to this person, but I would kick myself if I didn't.
