Note from Pharaoh's Mother

Please excuse my son from ruling the Empire today.
He's not feeling well.  He was up all night again
arguing with that shameful Hebrew slave Moshe,
who has brought my son such headaches, you can't believe.
The court magicians have gone on strike,
and the healing waters of the Nile still have traces
of blood in them.  I've still got frogs and gnats and
locust falling out of the closet every time I open it.
Where is this man's mother, I'd like to know?
Who would let such a wisenheimer loose upon
the world with his pushy tone and his one true God?
I'd like to go upside his head with the one true God.
Enough already.  I'm sending Junior back to Karnak
the minute that final obelisk goes up.  If those lousy
midwives had done their jobs we wouldn't be in this position.
You just can't get good help anymore.  Ask the Greeks,
they'll tell you.  I'll try to have him back on the throne by Monday.
