Explain the content of THE THREE FUJINS, and its political and personal significance with regard to the artist's background. How does the artist's technique contribute to the meaning of this work?

Identify and define at least 2 of the 3 ideas/values we discussed with regard to Classical Greece. Explain how they are reflected in DORYPHOROS, citing specific sources where appropriate.

Explain how the sculpture of DAVID is religious, political, philosophical and biographical. Be specific to demonstrate your understanding.

Identify the unique attitudes, beliefs, and cultural practices with regard to male and female nudity in art during these periods: Classical, Medieval and Italian Renaissance. Using a specific example, explain how one artist solved the problem visually, at times when male or female nudity was controversial.
