PART I: Watch the entire tape by yourself and answer the following questions. (Use the back of this page if necessary) Remember, you will not be judged on the quality of the session, but rather on your ability to reflect on your tutoring. Refer to handouts on the tutoring cycle and tutoring techniques and try to apply what you have learned in tutor training when answering these questions. Feel free to use another sheet of paper to answer these questions.

PART II: (FILL THIS OUT YOURSELF, AFTER MEETING WITHYOUR SR. TUTOR.) Select a 2-3 minute segment of the video to watch with your Senior Tutor, Coordinator, or Supervisor. The segment should show a moment you were proud of, or any other moment you found interesting. Rewind the tape to this segment, then arrange a time to watch it with your partner. If you cannot reach your assigned partner, you may choose any other tutor, or ask your tutor supervisor for assistance.
