Hi! I am Denie Albert, Cooperative Education Instructor at De Anza College. I have 15 years of experience in education. I worked as a foreign languages instructor in different countries. I speak six languages: English, French, Russian, German, Spanish, and Amharic.
I have been working as a Cooperative Education Instructor for two years. Cooperative education (Co-op) is a fantastic path to successful transition of classroom training to the work environment. Co-op offers California Sate University transferable credit.
At De Anza College two types of Cooperative Education are available.
1. Occupational work experience education for students employed in an occupation related to their college major. A maximum of four units may be earned each quarter.
2. General work experience education for students whose employment is not related to their educational and/or occupational goals. A maximum of three units may be earned each quarter.
