I am a member of the Music Department faculty in the Creative Arts Division at De Anza College in Cupertino, California.

Introduction to Music

Introduction to Music (Music 1) is a survey course that many students take to satisfy GE/transfer requirements. The course is open to all students and there are no prerequisites. I teach two sections: MTWTh at 8:30-9:20AM in A-91; MTWTh at 9:30-10:20 in A-91.

Introduction to Electronic Music

Introduction to Electronic Music (Music 51A) is a basic course in electronic music techniques including basic MIDI concepts, sequencing, synthesizers, and drum machines. This class is also open to all students. I teach two sections of Music 51A: MW at 1:30-3:10 in AT-101; Friday at 9:30-12:50 in AT-101.

Intermediate Electronic Music

Intermediate Electronic Music (Music 8B) is the second class in our sequence of electronic music courses. Students work with professional hardware and software for sequencing, sampling, digital audio, etc. The class is for students who have completed Music 51A or have comparable experience. The class meets on TTh at 1:30-3:10 in AT-101.
